 ABOUT THE CEO

Danielle Gilbert, PHR, SHRM-CP, MBA, MPA, is the CEO of Manifest In You Consulting. With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, Danielle has built her career across consulting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, coaching, and recruitment.

Before founding MIYC, Danielle served as Administrative Director of Human Resources for a large healthcare system, where she led HR operations for more than 2,200 employees through two major mergers. That experience, managing complex organizational change at scale, shapes the way she approaches every client engagement today: with an eye toward minimizing risk while building HR infrastructure that lasts.

Danielle earned her degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, then went on to complete dual master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Public Administration from Strayer University. She holds her PHR certification (2013) and SHRM-CP certification, and is a certified HRCI facilitator specializing in aPHR and PHR exam prep.

Danielle is the author of Color Outside the Lines. She has been recognized with the Alcott HR Stewardship Award and honored as a Richmond History Maker. She currently serves on several regional boards and community organizations, including [confirm current active affiliations here], and has spent years mentoring the next generation of professionals through programs like Partnership for the Future.

Danielle's true passion is guiding people and organizations toward growth they didn't think possible. That drive is why she founded Manifest In You Consulting, built on the belief that every person and every business has untapped potential, and that unlocking it takes time, determination, and the right partner.

Outside of work, Danielle's most important role is as a wife and mother. She's been married to Markie since 2007, and together they're raising twin daughters, Mariah and Makenzie. When she's not working, you'll find her on the tennis court, out on the golf course, or spending time with her family, the reason behind everything she builds.
