ABOUT

The founder and president of Manifest In You Consulting, LLC, Danielle Gilbert draws upon more than 15 years of experience to provide individuals with proven development and sound advice. Her experience over the past ten years in Human Resources has included Consulting, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, Coaching, Mentoring, and Recruitment.

Danielle spent a big part of her career in managerial roles, including Administrative Director of Human Resources of a large healthcare organization responsible for employee engagement and development, employee relations, and training.

Danielle has a passion for developing individuals in taking their career to the next level through resume makeovers, enhanced cover letters, and facilitating Myers Briggs assessment and guiding organizations to minimize risk.

She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in business administration. She later continued her education at Strayer University, earning two masters in Human Resources Management and Public Administration. She also became certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in January 2013 and  certified by the Society of Human Resources Management as SHRM-CP. Gilbert is currently pursuing her Ph.D. Gilbert is a certified HRCI facilitator, specializing in aPHR and PHR certification prep courses.

She currently serves on the Executive board for Richmond Society of Human Resources Management , Children Museum, YWLA and Junior Achievement, and Capital Regional Workforce,  In addition, Mrs. Gilbert is a member of other professional organizations which include; Greater Richmond Chamber, NAFE(National Association for Female Executives), SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), RHRMA (Richmond Human Resources Management Association)  mentor for Partnership for the Future and  Richmond Renaissance at Martin Luther King Middle School, VaSHHRA ( The Virginia Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration), ASHRA( American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration) and a volunteer for Sportbackers, Junior Achievement, HandsOn Greater Richmond and many other organizations.

 

Danielle’s true passion lies in guiding individuals’  and organizations growth and success. That's why she founded Manifest In You Consulting. She thrives on building long lasting relationships in which every person is deeply invested in their future and add to organizations bottom line. Manifest In You Consulting knows growing an individual’s and organizations takes time, determination, and a lot of confidence. Danielle will show individuals how to optimize their career, provide solutions to organizations by minimizing risk and avoiding lawsuits.

Gilbert’s most important role is being a wife, student and mother of twin girls, Mariah and Makenzie. She has been married to Markie since July 2, 2007. She enjoys playing tennis, golf, reading and spending quality time with her family. Her drive, determination, dedication is derived from knowing her family depends on her! Danielle is a leader with a passion for mentoring the next generation, as well as helping those already in the workforce to unleash their potential. She’s done this again and again!
